变轴数控机床的标定方法

摘要 变轴数控机床的精度直接影响着其加工能力。文中以北京理工大学自行开发研制的BKX-Ⅰ型变轴数控机床为研究对象,针对机床的结构特点,利用三坐标测量仪测量动平台球副中心;采用激光跟踪仪测定静平台万向节副中心;并在此基础上,建立杆长误差的标定模型。该方法对于6-UPS型并联机床的标定具有通用性和实用性。 The machining of Variable-axis NC Machine Tool is influenced by its accuracy directly. In this paper, based on BKX-Ⅰ Variable-axis NC Machine Tool developed by Beijing Institute of Technology, according to the structure of this machine, the center of sphere joints can be measured with CMM, the center of universal joint can be got with laser tracker. In addition, the calibration model of struts' length error has been established. This method is universal and applied to calibration of 6-UPS Parallel Kinematic Machine Tool.
