摘要
2003年梅汛期,淮河流域发生了仅次于1954年的大洪水,本文概括了这次淮河汛情特点,总结了安徽各类防洪工程联合调度和科学防控的做法,就洪灾之后的治淮和防洪除涝问题提出了建议与对策。
During the period of plum rains in 2003, a catastrophic flood occurred along the Huaihe River. The scale of the flood is just second to that of 1954. Characteristic of this flood is recapitulated. The combined scheduling of flood-control works and method of scientific flood control in Anhui province are summarized. Some suggestions and strategic measures of flood control along the Huaihe River are put forward.
