A Few Organization Forms for the Laid - off Workers and the Unemployed Going in for Community Service Trade

目前社区服务业在下岗失业人员再就业中的作用尚未有效发挥出来,其中一个很重要原因,就是下岗失业人员在从事这一行业时缺乏有效的组织管理。本文主要探讨下岗失业人员从事社区服务业的四种组织形式:政府组织、单位组织、一般市场服务主体组织和街道居委会组织。

At the present, the role of community service trade has not been effectively played in the reemployment of the laid-off workers and the unemployed, which is on the account of the shortage of effective organizational management for them to go in for this trade. This paper approaches four organization forms for them to go in for the trade: the government organization, the factory organization, the general market service body organization and the neighborhood committee organization.
