On Trends of Thought in Ecological Socialism and its Influence on China and the West

20世纪下半叶,西方国家兴起生态社会主义思潮。它是在西方生态运动中应运而生的,其形成演变经历了三个阶段。生态社会主义力图开辟一条既能消除环境污染和生态危机,保护人类生存环境,又能消灭资本主义剥削制度,通向社会主义的道路。生态社会主义对当代西方社会和中国社会主义建设都产生了重要影响。

In the latter half of 20th century, the trend of thought in ecological socialism sprung up in the western countries. It arose with the western ecological movement and evolved through three stages. The ecological socialism tried to open up a way to the elimination of ecological crisis, to the protection of humans living environment, to the abolition of capitalisms exploiting system and finally to socialist society. The ecological socialism has exerted a great influence on both modern western societies and the socialist construction in China.
