STS视野中的科学技术之辨正

Distinguishing and correcting on science and technology within the scope of STS

文章认为,科学技术在STS领域内应被视作社会活动之主体的本质力量的一种外显。其本质表现为:一方面,科学技术从一开始就是推动社会进化的主要原动力;另一方面,科学技术作为人类社会的异化而又会对环境和人类造成负面效应。环境伦理观的核心是:人类应充分利用科学技术为人类和其他生物物种服务,维护地球生态的繁荣。

Science and technology should be thought as one of demonstrations of essential force of the subject of social activities. On one hand, science and technology has been motivity to impel human society to develop forwards from the beginning; on the other hand, science and technology has negative functions to the environment and human beings. The environmental ethic view should be that people should make the most of science and technology to serve humankind and the other living beings and to keep the ecological balance and prosperity on the earth.
