森林生态环境健康评价是森林保护与持续利用的基础,建立一套科学的森林生态环境健康评价指标体系,可为制定科学的森林保护对策提供依据,对提高森林可持续经营水平和环境管理水平具有重要的指导作用。本文依据一定的原则,从森林自然环境背景、森林生态系统、林区社会经济3个方面,探讨并建立了一套操作方便,既能反映森林生态环境健康质量,又能反映森林生态环境健康变化趋势的指标体系,并提出了森林生态环境健康评价的综合指数法及其等级划分。

Forest ecoenvironment health assessment is the basis of forest protection and sustainable utilization. It can provide scientific bases for making forest protection countermeasures to establish a scientific assessment index system of forest ecoenvironment health, which is important to improve the level of forest sustainable management and environmental management. Based on a certain principles, the index system was established from forest natural environmental background, forest ecosystem and forestregion social economy. This index system can reflect the quality and metamorphic trendy of forest ecoenvironment health. In the end, the intergraded index method and gradedistribution of forest ecoenvironment health was put forward.
