解决“三农”问题是实现全面小康的关键——对浙江实现全面小康的一些思考

党的十六大报告提出了在本世纪头二十年我国要集中力量,全面建设小康社会的宏伟蓝图,并明确了完成各项工作的部署和要求。浙江作为沿海发达省份,有条件率先基本实现现代化,建立小康社会。目前,我省虽然已达到总体小康,但要全面实现小康社会,重点还得放在农村,只有解决了“农业、农村、农民”问题,我国才有希望实现真正意义上的小康社会。

But we still need to place emphasis on the development in rural areas in order to build a comprehensively well -being society . As long as we address the issues of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. We are only hopeful in building a well-being soci-ety in its real sense.
