摘要
将毒品苯环利啶(PCP)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)偶联形成复合抗原免疫Balb/c小鼠,获得6株稳定分泌抗PCP单克隆抗体(McAb)的杂交瘤细胞株.它们的腹水效价在1∶105～1∶106.抗体类型鉴定结果表明,属于IgG1,κ型.这些抗PCP单抗均可用于毒品的免疫检测.
6 hybridomas were obtained by immunization of Balb/c mice with PCP-BSA.The titers of acsites were between 1∶105～1∶106.The types of all antibodies were identified as MIgG?1/MIg(κ) in ELISA.They all could be used in drug of abuse (DOA) immunoassay.
