摘要
从保护环境、节约能源、减少固体废弃物排放等角度出发,针对废弃混凝土构件的再利用问题,提出了钢管再生混合构件的概念。即将废弃混凝土构件去除保护层、纵筋、箍筋之后的核心部分整体或分段放入钢管内部,然后在二者之间浇筑新混凝土形成再生混合构件。初步比较了钢筋混凝土构件与钢管再生混合构件的力学性能及截面尺寸,并对后者的施工工艺进行了简要说明。研究结果表明:(1)在用钢量和截面尺寸相同的情况下,钢管再生混合构件的截面抗压和抗弯承载力分别比钢筋混凝土构件增加约15%~17%和27%~39%。(2)在用钢量和截面抗压承载力相同的情况下,钢管再生混合构件的截面面积大约比钢筋混凝土构件减小15%~18%左右。
