摘要
不同医疗机构间的双向转诊可有效地降低医疗费用,为社区居民提供方便、及时、有效的服务,是我国卫生事业改革、发展的目标和方向。但实际运作中出现了一些问题,本文分析了双向转诊制度发展过程中的障碍及其原因,提出了具体的建议和措施。
The dual referral between different medical institutions may effectively cut down medical cost,it can provide convenient,promptly and effective service,and it is also a target and orientation of our public health reforming and developing.However,there come some new problems during the practice,in this paper we analyze the obstacles and reasons in the development of dual referral system,and put forward corresponding suggestions and measures.
