摘要
以香根草为发酵原料,在28℃恒温下进行批量沼气发酵,发酵料液体积为1200ml,HRT=90d。结果表明:香根草产沼气潜力(TS)产气潜力为471ml/g,VS产气潜力为512ml/g;香根草的热值为17.784kJ/g;经发酵产沼气的能量转化效率为52.18%;香根草发酵前后的纤维素含量、脂肪含量、木质素含量变化不明显。
This paper reported Vetiveria zizanioides can produce methane by anaerobic batch fermentation at 28℃. With 90 days of HRT and 10.47% of TS in 1200ml reactor, its biogas yield has been 471ml/g TS and 512ml/g VS. The calorific value of V. zizanioides is 17.784 kJ/g, the energy conversion efficiency can get to 52.18% by the anaerobic digestion. The content of cellulose, fat and lignin did not change significantly after biogas fermentation.
