On the Measure of Review of Illegal Administrative Action

违法行政行为可以被分为三类:“严重、明显”违法的行政行为,无效;“轻微瑕疵”的行政行为,采取补应的处理方式;一般违法的行政行为,采取撤销的处理方式。

The illegal administrative action can be divided in to three catego ries:the action of serious and flagrant breach of law is invalid;the action of minor and petit breach of law is amendable;the action of common and middling bre ach of law can be abrogated.
