果树花药培养研究概况

Proceedings of anther culture in fruit trees

综述了国内外对果树花药培养的研究进展 ,内容包括花药培养与胚胎发生、花药培养的影响因子以及再生植株的起源等内容。应用花药培养技术是果树品种改良的重要手段 ,并提出了果树花药培养育种技术存在的问题及今后的研究展望。

This article reviewed the advances of anther culture in fruit trees, including embryogenesis in anther culture, factors effecting anther culture, processes of androgenesis in anther culture and so on. Applying anther culture technology was believed to be an important means for fruit trees breeding. The paper also put forward some existing problems and research prospects in anther culture of fruit trees.
