摘要
试验以 4个西葫芦品系按半轮配设计获得的一代杂种为试材 ,对 12个主要性状进行了相关分析。结果表明 :平均单瓜重与早期单株产量呈显著正相关 (r=0 .82 2 ) ;叶长、叶宽、叶面积、果肉厚等性状均与单株产量存在密切相关关系 ,但未达到显著水平 ;其他各性状均与单株产量存在不同程度的相关。另外 ,果纵径与果形指数 (r =0 .984)、叶长与叶宽 (r =0 .995 )、叶宽与叶面积 (r =0 .996) ,叶长与叶面积 (r=0 .999)均呈极显著正相关 ;果纵径与果横径 (r=0 .82 1)呈显著负相关 ,果横径与果形指数 (r =0 .90 7)呈显著正相关 ,各性状之间也存在不同程度的相关。西葫芦丰产性育种应在增加单果重的基础上选择叶面积大、横径大、雌花节率高。
In this experiment the interrelating analysis of 12 main properties is made as a hybrid of generation is achieved according to the half circle of 4 kinds of summer squashes. The result indicates that the average weight of a single summer squash and the output of an early single stem are in great positive interrelation (r=0.822). There is also a close relation between leaf length, leaf width, leaf area and the thickness of fruit flesh and the output of a single stem, but no improved level. And there is also interrelation of different degree between the rest and the output of a single stem. Moreover, The relations are as follows: the fruit vertical diameter and fruit shape index (r=0.984), leaf length and leaf width (r=0.995), leaf width and leaf area (r=0.996), and leaf length and leaf area (r=0.999) are averagely in a great positive interrelation, fruit vertical diameter and fruit horizontal diameter (r=0.821) in great negative interrelation, fruit horizontal diameter and fruit shape index (r=0.907) in great negative interrelation, all properties in interrelation of different degrees among themselves. Such breeds as large leaf area, big fruit horizontal diameter, high female flower joint and thick fruit flesh are chosen on the basis of increasing heavy single fruit in the summer squash bumper harvest breeding.
