摘要
对我国荞麦资源和加工利用现状进行分析表明 ,我国荞麦生产前景令人担忧 ,荞麦深加工仍处于空白。针对这一现象 。
According to present situation of buckwheat production and its processing in China,it suggested that foreground of buckwheat production was worse and its deep processing was still blank.In order to advance Chinese buckwheat development,it was necessary to deeply process buckwheat.The phenomenon was emphatically pointed out in this paper.It particularly gave advice for how to deeply process buckwheat.
