摘要
编辑构成编辑出版行业的人力资源 ,要保证编辑出版质量 ,就必须提高编辑素质。
Editors consists of the human resouce of press industry, so it is neccssary to improve the quality of the editors in order to ensure the publishing quality. The origion of improing the quality for editors is to cultivate the humanity spirit and cultural consciousness.
