加强心理健康教育 提高师范生心理素质

To Strengthen the Education of Psychological Health and Heighten the Psychological Quality of Normal School Students

时代的发展呼唤高素质的教师，师范生作为未来的教师必须具备良好的心理素质，但现实却不容我们乐观。本文在对师范生心理现状进行调查研究的基础上。针对当前师范生的心理特点，提出了加强教育教学改革，开展全程教育等六项加强师范生心理健康教育的措施。

The development of the times calls for teachers of high qualities.As future teachers,normal school students need high qualities of psychology.But the reality of such is not so optimistic.This paper studies the history and present conditions of an investigation of the students and puts forward six steps to reinforce the reform of psychological education.
