摘要
β 胡萝卜素 ,特别是天然 β 胡萝卜素具有明显的抗衰老、防癌抗癌等功效 ,在医药、保健品及营养食品方面有着很大的应用市场。本文介绍了 β 胡萝卜素的制备研究状况 ,并指出应重点开发天然β 胡萝卜素产品。
Carotene, especially natural β carotene possesses notable activities, such as anti-ageing, anti-cancer and so on. It was widely used in medicine,health protective and nutrient food. In this paper, progress on the production of β carotene was reviewed and the proposal natural β-carotene should be developed greatly was put forward.
