摘要
本文对 1997年全国跆拳道锦标赛男子各级别前 4名运动员 (共 30名 )的身体成分进行了测定 ,结果 :运动员体脂 %为 10 .2 3% ,去脂体重、去脂体重 /体重、去脂体重 /身高等值均随比赛名次的升高而增加 ,同时 ,去脂体重与比赛名次高度相关 (r =0 .95 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ;运动员的体脂 %和去脂体重均随级别的增加而升高 ,尤其是大级别运动员的体脂 %较高 ,与小级别运动员相比有显著性差异 ;与国内同项群如拳击、柔道、摔跤等项目优秀运动员相比 ,其体脂 %最低(10 .2 3% ) ,去脂体重 /体重比值最高 (89.6 3)。
This paper studies the body composition of 30 elite male taekwondo athletes in top four of all category in 1997 China taekwondo championship. The result shows that the body fat is 10.23%. With the rising of the performance, the body weight, free-body weight/body weight, body weight/body height is also increase. Meanwhile, the body weight has a significant correlation with the performance (r=0.951, P<0.05). The body fat and free-body weight of athletes increases progressively with the rise of category. Comparing with elite boxer, judoka, wrestler, the taekwondo athletes' body fat is the lowest, but the free-body weight/body weight is the highest.
