摘要
按 (P1 × P2 )不完全双列杂交设计 ,分析了 9个新选玉米自交系的株高、穗位高、穗长、结实长、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、出籽率、百粒重和产量等 10个性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力。根据一般配合力、特殊配合力 ,筛选出优良自交系 2个和优良杂交组合 4个。遗传力估算结果表明 :株高、穗长、穗行数、行粒数的遗传力较高 ,选育自交系时 ,穗行数、行粒数可在早代进行选择 ;穗粗、百粒重的遗传力较低 。
By incomplete diallel crossing design,general combining ability and specific combining ability of plant heigh,ear heigh,ear length,fruit bearing length,ear diameter,row number per ear,grain number per row,grain weight/ear weight,weight per 100 grain and grain weight per ear of 9 new corn inbred lines were analysed,and 2 good inbred lines and 4 fine hybrids were gotten.The result of analyzing hereditary capacity indicated that row number per ear and grain number per row may be selected in early generation because hereditary capacity of plant heigh,ear length,row number per ear and grain number per row are higher,but ear diameter and weight per 100 grain may be selected in lately generation because its hereditary capacity is lower.
