摘要
提出了一种基于暂态能量的超高压输电线路故障检测和选相方案,该方案利用电流行波和电压行波构成能量判据来检测区内外故障。在分析各种故障类型的电气量特征基础上,利用暂态能量构成了选相判据。理论分析和ATP仿真验证了该判据对故障类型、故障位置、过渡电阻及故障起始角不敏感,不受CT饱和、系统振荡、系统结构和运行方式的影响。
Based on transient energy,a scheme of fault detection and phase selection are put forward on UHV transmission lie. This scheme is used to detect internal and external fault in energy criterion composing by current and voltage traveling wave. Analyzed characteristic of electrical quantities from all kind of fault,the transient energy is used as phase selection criterion.By theory analysis and APT emulation it is insensitive for fault style,fault location,arc resistance and fault origination angle;it is not influenced by CT saturation,power swing,system configuration and operating mode.
