摘要
分析了循环经济的主体特征,阐述了房地产开发过程中实施循环经济发展理念的必要性和可行性。并基于循环经济的理念和工程项目全寿命周期评价思想,对房地产开发项目规划阶段、工程设计阶段、工程建设阶段、工程使用阶段、工程老化阶段提出了具体要求,构建基于循环经济为发展理念的房地产开发模式。
This paper analyzed the main characters of circulation economy and expounded the necessity and the feasibility to apply the development idea of the circulation economy to real estate development in the course of real estate development.In addition,based on the concept of entire life-cycle evaluation and circulation economy ideas,each stage of real estate development project,including planning,designing,building,etc,was given some requests in detail and a pattern of real estate development was established which was to take circulation economy as its development idea.
