摘要
叙述了液化石油气球罐壁厚检测中发现分层现象的基本情况,分析了形成缺陷的原因,针对检验出的缺陷数据,用断裂力学方法计算出了各种类型缺陷的应力强度因子,并指出了继续使用此设备应采取的措施。
The basic distributions of lamination phenomena of the spherical tanks for LPG are found during wall-thickness inspection.The reasons which cause the defect formed are analyzed.According to the sizes of defects,three kinds of stress intensity factor are calculated using fracture mechanics method.Finally,the precaution should be taken is pointed if these tanks are used continuously.
