摘要
在企业新产品开发流程中的每一项工作的顺利开展都需要丰富而详实的信息做支撑,这些信息不仅包括企业内外部的公开情报,同时还包括企业内外部人脉间流动的隐性情报。为了更好地为企业新产品开发搜集所需信息,本文尝试应用竞争情报部门的内部网、企业内部人际情报网络、企业外部人际情报网络来解决这一问题,希望能够为企业新产品开发的成功助一臂之力。
