超声乳化术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼疗效观察

目的探讨超声乳化术对原发性闭角型青光眼的治疗效果。方法回顾分析2006年4月至2007年8月在我院住院治疗的60例原发性闭角型青光眼患者的临床资料,行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术,术后随访半年,比较术前术后患者的视力、眼压和前房深度。结果患者术后视力明显提高,眼压降低,前房深度增加,与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼安全有效、简便经济,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of phacoemulsif ication to treat primary angle—closure glaucoma.
