检测肺癌患者血清VEGF-C水平和纵隔淋巴结新生淋巴管的预后价值

The prognostic value of detection of serum VEGF-C level and lymphangiogenesis in mediastinal lymph nodes in the patients with lung cancer

背景与目的肺癌仍然缺乏特异性的预后指标,本研究拟探讨检测肺癌患者血清VEGF-C和病灶/纵隔淋巴结新生淋巴管对患者生存率的预后价值。方法分别选取30例新手术(新入组)和30例术后(历史组)已随访3年的肺癌患者,测定新入组术前血清VEGF-C水平,检测两组病灶/纵隔淋巴结VEGF-C/LYVE-1的表达。分析血清VEGF-C水平、病灶/纵隔淋巴结VEGF-C/LYVE-1表达、纵隔淋巴结转移和生存率等指标之间的相关性。结果①新入组纵隔淋巴结转移患者血清VEGF-C水平显著高于无转移者。②新入组血清VEGF-C水平与病灶VEGF-C表达强度呈高度相关。③两组病灶及纵隔转移淋巴结VEGF-C均高度表达。④两组病灶/纵隔淋巴结VEGF-C表达与LYVE-1表达均显著相关。⑤纵隔淋巴结转移者病灶/纵隔淋巴结的VEGF-C/LYVE-1表达显著高于无转移者。⑥历史组病灶VEGF-C表达和纵隔淋巴结转移与术后3年生存率有明显关联。结论血清VEGF-C水平与病灶VEGF-C表达、病灶/纵隔淋巴结新生淋巴管、纵隔淋巴结转移状态和生存率有较好的相关性,或可作为肺癌预后的指标。
