摘要
以异种钢材Q235-0Cr17Ni9板状焊接结构件为例,对试件采取了不同种类及不同程度的锻造变形,从宏观、微观角度观察了热塑性变形对焊缝组织的影响。分析结果表明,不同的锻造方法均能在不破坏焊缝金属-母相原有结合状态的基础上,焊合焊缝组织中的气孔类等缺陷,使焊缝金属变为更理想的层状组织,从而大大提高了其服役周期。对此类工件的生产制造具有一定的指导意义。
After dissimilar steel been welded,their bearing capacity greatly reduced for the pores and slag defects.Taking Q235-0Cr17Ni9 as an example,we took forging deformation on them with different types and different levels and observed the impact on the welding joint from the macro and micro angle.The results showed that welding joint could be forged and did not destroy the original structure,changed them into better layered organizations,thus greatly enhance its service cycle.The results have a certain guiding ...
