微波技术应用于香椿叶片黄酮浸提的研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON THE MICROWAVE-ASSISTED FOR FLAVONOIDS EXTRACTION IN TOONA SINENSIS LEAVES

摘要 以香椿叶为原料,研究了微波技术在香椿黄酮浸提中的应用。试验通过改变溶剂浓度、提取时间、料液比等条件对香椿黄酮提取得率的影响进行了探讨,并比较了传统浸提法、微波法、微波结合浸提法三种方法的提取。结果表明微波法提取香椿黄酮是一种快速、高效、节能的新型提取方法,具有一定的实用价值。 Flavonoids extracted by microwave treatments from Toona Sinensis leaves was studied.And the effect of extracting amount by changing the solvent concentration,extracting time,proportion of the material and solution were discussed.The effect of extraction was compared with traditional methods.The results showed that the extracting by microwave treatment had many advantages,such as higher extracting rate and efficiency for the saving of time and labor costs.
