乡镇图书馆是公共图书馆的一部分,要为全乡镇的政治、经济、文化教育、科研生产服务,华中地区乡镇图书馆发展面临功能定位不清、发展路径模糊以及经费短缺等问题,要克服这些限制和瓶颈,有多种发展模式可供选择。

As a part of public library,rural library has a function of serving for politics,economy,culture and education,R&D and production of rural rigion.The rural library development in Central-China rigion are confronting with many obstacles such as dyfunctional positionning,ambiguous development path and finance shortage.There are 5 development models to break through these obstacls.
