56例内镜下甲状腺手术经验

Clinical experiences of endoscopic thyroidectomy in 56 cases

目的探讨内镜下甲状腺手术的可行性。方法2006年9月～2008年8月该院对56例甲状腺良性病变采用胸骨前入路内镜手术。建立皮下隧道,二氧化碳压力6mmHg,内镜下超声刀行甲状腺部分或次全切除术。结果无中转开放手术,手术时间60～120min,平均85min;术中出血量5～50mL,平均15mL;术后引流20～100mL,平均40mL;术后住院3～6d,平均4d。术后2例出现皮下瘀斑,1例脂肪液化,2例一过性声音嘶哑。随访1～23个月,无复发。结论内镜下甲状腺手术有良好的美容效果,手术并发症少,值得推广使用。

【Objective】To evaluate the feasibility of video assisted endoscopic thyroidectomy. 【Methods】56 patients were underwent thyroidectomy by endoscopic instruments through chest-wall approach from September 2006 to August 2008.
