摘要
目的:同时测定大鼠肠循环液中盐酸小檗碱和酚红的浓度。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Welchrom-C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸-三乙胺(30∶70∶0.2∶0.1),柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长270 nm。结果:方法精密度及线性关系良好,盐酸小檗碱和酚红低、中、高浓度的回收率分别为99.66%(RSD=0.49%)、99.26%(RSD=0.68%)、99.69%(RSD=0.62%);99.85%(RSD=0.70%)、99.44%(RSD=0.86%)、99.72%(RSD=1.32%)。结论:该法操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高。
Objective:To determine the concentrations of berberine and phenolsulfonphthalein in the solution of in situ intestinal loop simultaneously.Method:An RP-HPLC method was established with a Welchrom-C18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid-triethylamine(30:70:0.2:0.1) and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with detective wavelength of 270 nm.Results:The precision and the linear relation of this method were acceptable.The recoveries of berb...
