摘要
针对目前CAPP系统中切削参数的如何选择,以切削速度、每齿进给量为决策变量,建立以最大生产率为目标的数学模型。通过改进粒子群优化算法(PSO)对其进行优化计算,从而得到了满意的优化结果。在优化的基础上,建立切削参数优化模块,从而对CAPP系统进行了完善。
In this paper ,a mathematics model of maximum productivity is established by the variables of cutting speed and feeding rate, according to how to choose the cutting parameters in the CAPP system. A satisfied optimum result is received through improved optimization of PSO (particle swarm optimization). Then a cutting parameter optimization module could be established, which can consummate the CAPP system.
