摘要
通过溶液共混的方法制备出聚氨酯(PU)/多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)纳米复合薄膜,重点研究了MWNTs的加入对PU热稳定性能的影响。结果表明,加入质量分数3%的MWNTs,使PU的耐热性得到一定的提高;用Kissinger方法得出的降解活化能由198.01kJ/mol提高到250.05kJ/mol,薄膜的力学性能得到改善,拉伸强度提高了63.5%,伸长率提高了4.2%;TEM分析表明,质量分数3%的MWNTs在PU/MWNTs纳米复合薄膜中得到均匀分散。
Polyurethane(PU)/multiwalled carbon nanotube(MWNTs)composite films were prepared by mixing in N,N-dimethylacemide solution.Effect of adding MWNTs on thermal stability was mainly studied.It showed that adding 3% MWNTs could improve thermal stability of polyurethane,the activation energy value for the degradation which was calculated by the Kissinger method was improved from 198.01 kJ/mol to 250.05 kJ/mol.The mechanics properties of the film could be improved,tensile strength was enhanced by 63.5% and elongat...
