摘要
目的:应用自行设计的睡眠贴贴敷印堂穴和前额,对失眠症进行治疗并观察其效果。方法:按照一定的标准选择10名长期、顽固的慢性失眠病人,每晚在视频脑电图室睡觉并接受视频脑电监测1周,然后将自行设计的睡眠贴贴在印堂穴和前额上睡觉并继续监测1周,根据视频脑电监测结果记录其入睡时间、夜间醒来的次数和每次醒来持续的时间以及整夜睡眠的时间,次日傍晚询问病人白天的感受。结果:与用睡眠贴之前相比,病人的入睡时间明显缩短(t=7.71,P﹤0.01),夜间醒来的次数明显减少(t=8.78,P﹤0.01),每次醒来持续的时间明显缩短(t=6.69,P﹤0.01),整夜睡眠的时间明显延长(t=5.22,P﹤0.01),次日白天的感觉良好(P﹤0.05)。结论:采用睡眠贴贴敷印堂穴和前额的方法可以治疗失眠症,它不仅可以促进入睡,而且可以维持睡眠。
Aim: Devising a king of sleep paste to sticking on the supranasal point and forehead to treat insomnia and observing its effect.Methods: According to stated standard to choose 10 patients who had suffering from long-term and stubborn chronic insomnia.
