摘要
30年来,我国职业教育政策经历了恢复、发展、滑坡、重振四个阶段。从总体上看,我国的职业教育政策符合社会的要求,推动了职业教育的发展。研究发现,我国职业教育政策取向在不同的历史阶段曾发生过数次重大的转变,同时由于政策工具不充足、价值冲突、政策目标与手段不对应等问题的存在,影响到政策实施的质量。
Since 1978, the vocational education policy in China has gone through four stages: recovery, development, decline and reconstruction.
