摘要 植物材料粉粒体经过压缩成型,可以使其形状尺寸整体划一,制成成型燃料、成型饲料和各种成型产品。其压缩成型过程的压缩变形、压力分布与成型机理问题是模具形体设计和产品开发的基础。本文根据作者多年的实验数据,给出了植物纤维粉粒体在压缩成型过程的压力-变形关系、即压缩特性,压力在圆筒型体中的传播特性和成型机理,为植物材料转化利用提供理论基础。 The shape and size of biomass powder will be uniformed after compression and it can also be made into briquette fuel, fodder and various solid products.
