对当前工业用地分类的思考与改革

针对当前城市规划中工业用地分类的局限性,结合实践过程具体产业用地归属的困难性,对现有的工业用地分类进行了反思,并提出了应细化工业用地分类,以适应规划编制需求,更好地引导与控制产业园的发展。

The paper,contraposing the limi-tation of the classification of industrial land use in current urban planning,combining the difficulty in specific industry attachment during the practical process,ponders on the current classification of industrial land use.Then it puts forwards the method of subdi-viding the industrial land use,so as to adapt the needs of planning workout,and direct and control the development of the indus-try zone.
