摘要
目的探讨双黄升白颗粒对肿瘤化疗骨髓抑制期的细胞周期的双重调控作用及其机制。方法采用Lewis肺癌荷瘤鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺造成化疗骨髓抑制模型,用双黄升白颗粒干预治疗。常规计数白细胞、红细胞、血小板数量和肿瘤大小,流式细胞术检测骨髓和肿瘤细胞周期分布,计算其增殖指数(PI),原位杂交法检测各细胞周期相应CDKs/CyclinsmRNA的表达。结果双黄升白颗粒治疗组白细胞、骨髓细胞PI、骨髓中CDK4、CDK6与CyclinDmRNA表达均高于模型对照组,肿瘤细胞PI、CDK4、CDK6与CyclinDmRNA表达则均低于模型对照组。结论双黄升白颗粒对化疗骨髓抑制期的Lewis肺癌荷瘤鼠的细胞周期具有双重调控作用,其作用机制与对CDK4、CDK6与CyclinDmRNA的表达的调控有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of "Shuanghuang Shengbai Granule" on birectional regulation in cell cycle and to explore its mechanisms.Methods We use the myelosuppression animal model by peritoneal injection of cyclophosphamide to Lewis lung cancer mice.The mice were treated with "Shuanghaung Shengbai Granule".The WBC counts and tumor masses were assayed to validate the curative effects.The disposition of the cell cycle from marrow and tumor were detected by flow cytometry.The corresponding conten of ...
