Two of the most important parts of university's discipline construction work is the connotation construction of discipline and the declaration for degrees authorization,which are the keys to enhancing real strength and specialty and promoting the level for running a school.So they occupy a very important strategic status of university's development.This paper expounds the relationship between the connotation construction of discipline and the declaration for degrees authorization,and formulates some main principles in the view of magascopic administration which are to be persisted in the declaration for degrees authorization work.It will in favor of declaration for degrees authorization by strengthen connotation construction of discipline and in turn,the connotation construction of discipline will be promoted too.As a result,both parts get a healthy cycle and then make the discipline construction work achieve a good effect.
