摘要
采用热熔敷法在碳钢基材表面制备了耐蚀玻璃涂层,利用金相显微镜观察了涂层的表面、涂层与基体的界面,并采用落球冲击试验和热震试验研究了氧化锑添加量对玻璃涂层表面性能、耐冲击性、密着性和抗热震性的影响。结果表明,添加适量Sb2O3可改善玻璃涂层的表面性能,减少表面缺陷,促进涂层与基体间的密着,提高涂层的抗冲击性和抗热震性。当w(Sb2O3)=3%时,能有效抑制鳞爆的产生、提高涂层的光泽度,而且涂层的耐冲击性、密着性和抗热震性能也大大提高。
A new method of heat deposition was used to prepare glass coating on carbon base metal. The surface of the glass coating and the interface of coating/matrix were observed by metallographic microscope.
