摘要
目的:研究千斤拔Flemingia philippinensis根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、ODS硅胶和葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20等色谱手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从千斤拔根的75%乙醇提取物中分离出7个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:蔓性千斤拔素D(1),dorsmaninsⅠ(2),osajin(3),eriosematin(4),lupinalbin A(5),染料木黄酮(6),3′-O-甲基香豌豆苷元(7)。结论:化合物2~4为首次从该种植物中分离得到,其中化合物2,4为首次从千斤拔属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of the roots of Flemingia philippinensis.Method:Silica gel,ODS silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were employed for the isolation and purification.The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data(MS,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR) and chemical evidence.Result:Seven compounds were isolated from the 75% ethanolic extract of the roots of F.philippinensis and identified as follows:flemiphilippinin D(1),dorsmaninsⅠ(2),osajin(3),eriosematin(4),lu...
