摘要
女性就业是维持女性自身生存发展的基本保证,也是实现经济发展和社会稳定的内在需要。随着女性广泛地进入到劳动力市场,诸多问题开始凸现出来,如就业歧视的存在、生育保护的欠缺、就业质量层次的低下等,这些问题是由生理、心理、历史和社会等多方面原因造成的。须采取合理有效的措施——利用第三产业的优势、建立健全相关法律法规、加强教育与培训环节、发挥社会组织的协调指导作用、完善社会保障制度,以促进女性就业,维护女性权益。
