摘要
案例教学作为一种教学方法在法学专业教学中的必要性已获得较为广泛的认同。但大多数教师在使用案例的过程中对其方法论上的优长和短板并不明确。在"案例教学"的称谓之下,存在着诸多案例使用的误区。要克服这些问题,就必须将"案例教学"与"诊所式教学"相结合,形成自学规范、案件会商、实践演练"三位一体"的全新教学模式,实现法学教学方法的根本性转变。
