The Application and Reformation of the Case Didactics in the Legal Education

案例教学作为一种教学方法在法学专业教学中的必要性已获得较为广泛的认同。但大多数教师在使用案例的过程中对其方法论上的优长和短板并不明确。在"案例教学"的称谓之下,存在着诸多案例使用的误区。要克服这些问题,就必须将"案例教学"与"诊所式教学"相结合,形成自学规范、案件会商、实践演练"三位一体"的全新教学模式,实现法学教学方法的根本性转变。

Case didactics,as a teaching method,has been widely accepted in the legal education,while the advantage and the shortcoming of it is not so clear to many teachers who are teaching laws.When we talk about Case Didactics,it might mean many different methods of using cases and some of them are misapprehension of this teaching method.To overcome these problems,we have to make Case Didactics gang together with Clinic Didactics to construct a new teaching model which is constituted by self-leaning of regulation,d...
