摘要
作者选用 10对微卫星引物分析了 8个家鸡品种 (系 )及两个杂交群体的遗传变异、群体内杂合度 ,并用计算出的遗传距离对 10个家鸡群体进行了UPGMA聚类分析 .试验结果表明 ,微卫星标记具有丰富的多态性 ,所有微卫星的PCR扩增结果全部能重复 .所用 10个微卫星标记平均每对引物可检测 5.4个等位基因 ;微卫星标记可以准确反映 10个试验家鸡群体的真实杂合度 .
The genetic variations and heterozygosities of 8 chicken breeds (or lines) and 2 hybrid chicken populations were analyzed by using 10 microsatellite primer pairs in this study, and UPGMA cluster analysis based on the 10 chicken populations was performed applying genetic distances.
