白腐菌液体培养产生木质纤维素降解酶的研究 被引量:39

摘要 选用 4 5枚白腐真菌 ,首先根据RB亮蓝变色反应 ,初筛出 6枚菌株 .采用正交实验确定了这 6枚菌株的最佳液体产酶培养基 ,讨论了它们产木质素降解酶的行为 .根据其产酶的特性 ,从中筛出 2枚在液体培养基中产酶能力最强且产酶较快的菌株 .结果表明 ,侧耳sp2和粗毛栓菌在液体培养中具有很强的产酶能力且产酶较快 ,且首先降解木质素 ,是生物制浆中原料预处理的优良菌株 ,具有一定的应用前景 . white rot fungi.
