The Study on Involuntary Resettlement of Mining Area

本文剖析了我国目前“村下”采煤村庄搬迁中存在的一些问题 ,并借鉴水利工程中非自愿性移民的经验 ,结合煤炭行业的具体问题 ,提出了一些政策建议。

Because of coal cutting under the villages, some problems arise in the involuntary resettlements. According to the experience gained in the involuntary resettlement of water-electrity projects, some useful and practical policies have been put forward combined with the situation of mining industry.
