摘要 正常生理状况下 ,肠道的细菌和毒素并不对机体产生危害 ,这与机体各系统之间的相互协调和肠道特有的完整屏障功能有关。其中 ,由肠上皮内淋巴细胞、固有层淋巴细胞、Peyer’s淋巴结等肠相关性淋巴组织成的肠道粘膜免疫屏障 ,在防御和抵制细菌、病毒和毒素的入侵中起着举足轻重的作用。如何增强粘膜免疫功能 ,降低肠源性感染的发生具有重要的意义。
