摘要
根据大港石化工业规划发展区工业布局和本区大气污染特征,选择大气总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)、非甲烷总烃(NMHC)和苯并[a]芘(BaP)作为该区大气污染总量控制与防治对策的主要对象,采用化学质量平衡(CMB)受体模型对该区大气TSP和NMHC进行源解析,还采用BaP与其他多环芳烃(PAHs)比值法进行大气颗粒物上BaP来源识别,给出了大港石化规划区大气污染物允许排放总量的计算结果,为规划区污染物总量控制目标的制定提供了科学依据.
Based on the industrial distribution of petrochemistry industrial plan development zone and characteristic of atmospheric pollution in Dagang area, total suspended particulate (TSP), non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC) and benzo[a]pyrene(BaP) were selected as typical regional targets of the total pollutant quantity control and the preventing measures. In the paper, the method of receptor model-chemical mass balance (CMB) was used in sources apportionment for TSP and NMHC; and the method of ratio of BaP to other polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) was used to study BaP sources distinguishing of TSP. The results can provide scientific bases for total quantity control target in Dagang area with the permissive total discharge amount of atmospheric pollutants.
