摘要
根据分子相似相容的原理 ,采用更换异辛酸的技术途径来提高辛烷值 ,进行了工艺条件适应性研究、工业装置扩大试制和重复性验证 ,结果表明 ,相同条件下用研制的新型凝油剂调制凝固汽油 ,其稠化能力、粘度保持率和低温溶胀速度均优于其它凝油剂。
According to the principles of similitude and compatibility of molecules, the way of replacement of isooctyl acid is adopted to increase octane number. Afterwards, the study of adaptability in processing condition, large-scaled advanced development of industrial installation, and repetitive verification are conducted. The preparation of this kind of gelatinized gasoline has advantages over other fuel thickener in the aspects of thickening capabilities, holding efficiency of viscosity, and the speed of swelling in low temperature.
