摘要
影像学检查对乳腺癌的早期诊断有重要价值。X线摄影及超声检查是目前乳腺影像学检查的主要手段,被认为是黄金组合。CT、磁共振成像、正电子发射型电子计算机断层扫描(PET-CT)被定位为进一步的补充检查手段。对缺乏影像特征的微小病灶可行活检定性。随着现代影像技术的不断进步,综合影像学检查方法将成为今后乳腺癌影像诊断的主要发展趋向。
Imaging examination is important in the early diagnosis of breast carcinoma.X-ray mammography and ultrasonography are the main means of mammary imaging,which are considered to be the best golden combination.CT,MRI,PET and PET/CT are supplementary for further detection.Biopsy might be used in diagnosis of smaller lesion lacking imaging character.With the development of modern imaging technologies,the combination of different imaging examinations will be prevail in diagnosis of breast carcinoma.
